✦ Holds on adoptable characters will be honored for a maximum of 72 hours unless otherwise discussed.
✦ Payment is required upfront before the adoptable character is transferred to you (ToyHouse).
✦ If payment is not received within 42 hours after I respond to the purchase claim, the adoptable character will be put up for sale again.
✦ You may not use the adoptable character or its original artwork in any way related to NFT.

✦ Make any desired changes to the design of the adoptable character.
✦ Use the adopted character for any non-commercial purposes. If you wish to use the character for commercial purposes, you must purchase separate commercial use authorization from me. (This means that my adoptable characters may not be used in anything that will generate a profit, such as games, books, art pieces, merchandise, comics, etc.)
✦ Gift, trade, or resell this character if you no longer wish to keep it.

✦ Claim the original art as your own.
✦ Claim to be the creator of the design, only the owner of the character.
✦ Duplicate or edit the art with the intention of selling the results as your own or as part of your own product.
✦Profit from the use of this art, including using it as a mascot or face of a commercial project or logo, printing merchandise, or including the art in a book/resource pack with the intention of selling it.
✦ Create multiple copies of the adoptable character, such as twins, triplets, quadruplets, quintuplets, etc. One adoptable character stays one adoptable character.

Process and Delivery

✦ I will keep you updated on the progress of your commission through regular updates. The frequency of these updates will depend on the complexity of the work.
✦ The completion time for your commission may range from one week to two months, depending on various factors such as my health, the complexity of the work, and other commitments and external factors. If anything arises that will impact the initially estimated delivery time, I will inform you as soon as possible.
✦ Upon completion, you will receive the full-resolution image in PNG format via Google Drive. This image will be kept in the drive for a maximum of three months before being deleted. Please note that there is no physical product.

✦ During the update process, you have the right to request reasonable changes to the commission.

✦ As the artist, I claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. This means that I am permitted to use the copyrighted artwork to:

✦ Use the commissioned piece for personal use, unless otherwise agreed upon (you can upload it to social media profiles, forums, etc.)

✦Use the artwork on their YouTube channel and in monetized videos, as long as the artwork itself is not the primary source of earnings.
